Shipping & Handling.

Shipping Costs.

I am currently covering the costs of shipping.

I do not offer exchanges or refunds, but I will consider a range of circumstances.

.

I do not cover the cost of shipping a new item.

If an item is lost, I cannot replace it as this is too timely and expensive.

I will seek to help how I can.

Thank you.

Fulfillment.

Orders are shipped from a distribution center that is either closest or most convenient for you.

Locations are in the The United Kingdom, Germany, and United States of America. Shipping times and import costs depend on your location.

I will cover the cost of shipping, but cannot guarantee amount that is necessary to pay on arrival. These amounts are changing often and that isn’t feasible for me to handle. Please consider the duties and taxes on orders, before you order. They can usually be found quite easily, and may not be as much as you think.

Processing.

Orders are usually printed and shipped within 7 days. This includes the time to process the payment, submit the order, and receive confirmation that the order has been printed and shipped. Usually, orders can be expected in 7-21 business days from the time of shipping. I have received orders in as short of a time as 3 days, and as long as a time as 3 weeks.

I cannot guarantee time frames, or that orders are not lost or damaged.

Quality.

I endeavour to make and produce art that is sufficiently credible, enduring, and persistent. I believe there can be an enduring value to art if it continues to enlist interest and enjoyment, well after the introductory experience.

As such, if you are finding that the art has lost its appeal or does not satisfy your interest to the degree that you had hoped, I will consider receiving a return. This is only under the circumstances that you are not enjoying the art, not because of damage.

If there is noticeable damage, the return will be considered invalid and the piece will be forfeited.

I do not recommend taking advantage of this approach, as returns are risky, and I doubt that you will be disatisfied with the quality. I would not make art if I did not believe I could produce art of exceptional quality.

That being said, mistakes can happen, and if you do suspect a mistake or face genuine dissatisfaction, please reach out. At the end of the day, I make art to inspire and to comfort, not to take advantage.
