Shipping Costs.

I am currently covering the costs of shipping.

I do not cover the cost of returning an item, or sending a replacement.

If an item is lost or stolen, I do not offer a replacement. Similarly, if an item is damaged in transit, I do not offer a replacement. I will, however, seek to rectify it if I can.

Fulfillment.

For prints, the orders are shipped from a distribution center that is closest or most convenient for you. For paintings, they come from Victoria, BC.

Locations are in the The United Kingdom, Germany, and United States of America. Shipping times and import costs depend on your location.

I cover the cost of shipping, but cannot cover the duties due upon arrival. I hope that you will seek out expectations of these before they arrive. Please consider that the origin of the art may vary depending on where you are. Where you are located is relevant, because the distribution center is chosen based on what is closest or most convenient for you. For that reason, I cannot promise which location that is. For paintings, it is different, and will always originate from Victoria, BC.

Processing.

For prints, they are usually shipped within 7 days. This includes the time to process the payment, fulfill the order, and submit shipping options. Usually, these orders can be expected in 7-21 business days.

For paintings, orders are shipped within a week. This includes local delivery.

Quality.

I endeavour to make and produce art that is credible, enduring, and impactful. I believe enduring value can be determined by if it continues to enlist enjoyment and consideration. Introductory delight is great, but I believe in the value of consistent intriguing development that can occur when there is sufficent detail, complexity, and allure. Art should tell a story, and it does not need to be one that concludes in one chapter.

If you are finding that the art has lost its appeal or does not satisfy your interest, I will consider receiving a return.

This is only under the circumstances that you are not enjoying the art within a reasonable timeframe. If there is damage, the return will be considered invalid and the piece will be forfeited.
